What the fees include

The fees for your course are fully inclusive of all the services listed below. The only additional costs are for personal expenses. The fees are divided into three categories: Registration, Course and Accommodation/Student Life.

Registration

The Registration fee covers the cost of:

Membership of the Studio Cambridge On-line Club
Reservation of your course
Selection of your accommodation
Travel and arrival information
Letter of support for your visa application (if required)
Full confirmation of your course and accommodation details before you leave your home country
Welcome Information Pack on arrival

Course/Tuition

The fee covers the cost of:

Tuition
Three hours per day of English language tuition (15 hours each week)
Entry test
Needs analysis
Course materials
Academic Report
Certificate of Studies

Activities

St Michael's/St Christopher's
Activities Office and staff
4 afternoons or mornings per week of sports and activities, including welcome orientation tour of course centre and town
2 evening activities each week
1 local visit each week
1 full-day excursion each week

St Helen's
Activities Office and staff
Activities every day
1 full-day and one half-day excursions each week

Accommodation and Student Life

The fee covers the cost of:

Meeting on arrival
Meeting you on arrival at a London airport* and bringing you to your accommodation at the course centre on the Sunday before your course begins. PLEASE NOTE: You must provide full flight details at least seven days prior to your arrival.

- Personal liability up to £1,000,000
- Loss of possessions up to £750
- Cancellation/curtailment costs up to £2,500

Transfer on departure
Taking you to a London Airport* and checking you into your flight on the Sunday after your course ends.

* These services are available from and to London Heathrow,Gatwick, and Stansted airports. Additional fees apply for transfers from/to any other airport, seaport or railway station. If you require details, please fill out and submit the form below.
